Hugo is an US limited liability company that invests its capital in traded stocks and bonds, but also in private equity and venture capital.
Furthermore Hugo is also the administrator of MAGNIFICUS DOMINUS PFLP Limited Partnership, established in United Kingdom.
MAGNIFICUS DOMINUS PFLP Limited Partnership is structured as an English “Private Fund Limited Partnership” in accordance with the Limited Partnership Section 8A & 8D of the 1907 Partnership Act taking into account their subsequent modifications occurred with 6th April 2017 Legislative Reform (“Private Fund Limited Partnerships Order”) introducing the new ‘Private Fund Limited Partnership’ (“PFLP”) as a fund special scheme, as well as the April 2019 Financial Conduct Authority Instructions.
This is an open-ended private fund available ONLY to private investors, individuals as well as companies and or investment funds.
This Fund is not authorized by the Finance Conduct Authority for its promotion to investors not being:
- either an UCITS (for retail sales);
- or as an Alternative Investment Fund (for Professional or Institutional Investors) according to the Directive 2016/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011.
An investment tin the Private Fund shall not be available to the general public in the United Kingdom and abroad because the Fund is not a recognized collective investment scheme for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 of United Kingdom (Promotion of Collective investment schemes – Exemptions Order 2001) and chapter 3 of the FSA’s contact in business sourcebook.
The Admission as a limited partner to the Fund is not open to the general public. Subscriptions can be accepted only from “accredited partners” based on a private negotiation, who meet appropriate suitability standards, determined by the General Partner. Units of the Fund shall not be transferable except with the consent of the General Partner.
The management of the asset of the private fund will be entrusted to a professional asset manager.
